Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all international purchases made from We Wears by Shivay.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been handed over to our international shipping partners.

Returns & Refunds:

• We offer a 14-day return policy for our international customers after the delivery of the item.

• The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for paying all international return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• To initiate an international return, contact us at support@wewears.in for the return authorization and shipping address in India.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected in India, we will process your refund. The approved amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days (subject to your bank's international processing times).
