1. Do you ship globally? Yes, absolutely! We Wears by Shivay caters exclusively to a global audience. We ship our premium clothing worldwide directly from our dispatch center in Surat, India.

2. How long will it take to receive my order? Our team processes and dispatches all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard international delivery typically takes between 10 to 15 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing times.

3. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my international order? Yes. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office upon the package's arrival in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.

4. How can I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@wewears.in within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.

8. What is your return policy for international orders? We want you to love your We Wears apparel! We offer a 14-day international return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

9. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, international customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service when sending items back to our facility in India.

10. How do I start a return process? To initiate a return, simply contact our global support team at support@wewears.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide our return shipping address.
